Hello, I’m Benedict, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals reconnect with food while improving their overall health.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech. My career began in eating disorder treatment at both residential and outpatient levels, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals through complex relationships with food.
I later worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities at the state level before transitioning into private practice work focused on weight management, metabolic health, and eating disorders.
I have helped thousands of individuals navigate their health journey with compassion, evidence-based care, and cultural understanding.
